As per our previously sent strategic plan and among the works should be performed was identifying opposition leaders and individual members in the Diaspora and sending their listed name to head office to bring charges against them for Genocide, embezzlement and abuse of their authority for dissertation.
Based on this, all ~ are expected up to the end of the August to include all the information and evidence in the Strategic plan and send it. As mentioned above all identified leaders and individual members and those wanted for crime list name with their back ground history should be sent up to August 15/98 E.C. All matters regarding this issue must be kept secret.
